At Mozeape, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. If the shirt you receive does not meet your expectations, we provide a transparent, fair, and easy-to-follow return and refund policy to protect your rights. Please read the policy carefully to understand the procedures and conditions that apply.

Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 90 days from the date you receive the shirt. After this period, unfortunately, we can no longer accept return or exchange requests.

Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the shirt must remain in its original condition as when received. Specifically, the shirt must still have its original tags, labels, and packaging intact. It must not have been washed, worn outside, or show any signs of use. The product must be free of unusual odors such as perfume, smoke, or cleaning chemicals, and must not contain stains, tears, or other damage caused by the customer. All return or exchange requests must be accompanied by a valid invoice or proof of purchase.

If the shirt has already been worn, washed, damaged, or stained for reasons not related to a manufacturing defect, the return request will not be accepted.

Returns Due to Mozeape’s Responsibility

We take full responsibility if you receive a defective or incorrect shirt. This includes shirts that arrive torn, frayed, dirty, or damaged during transportation; manufacturing defects such as loose threads, faulty stitching, missing buttons, or broken zippers; or cases where the wrong model, color, or size was delivered.

In these cases, you will not bear any costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, and you may choose either to receive a brand-new replacement (if available) or a full refund, including the original shipping fee.

Returns Due to Customer Request

If you change your mind, wish to exchange for a different size or color, or no longer want the product, we still accept returns. However, in such cases, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. To avoid risks of loss or damage during return transit, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and packaging the shirt carefully.

Once we receive the shirt and confirm it is in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund for the product’s value. Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale or “Final Sale” items

  • Made-to-order shirts or customized embroidered/printed items

  • Gift cards

Exception: If these products are defective or delivered incorrectly due to Mozeape’s error, you will still be eligible for a free return.

Return Procedure

To begin the return process, please email us at [email protected] within 90 days of receiving your shirt. In your email, include your order number, the reason for return, and photos or videos if the product is defective. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with detailed instructions. If the fault lies with us, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.

After receiving instructions, please pack the shirt carefully, preferably using the original packaging, and return it to the following address:

Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive the shirt and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued directly to the original payment method used, such as Visa/Mastercard or PayPal.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–7 business days to post the funds to your account, which is beyond our control.

Product Exchange

Instead of a refund, you may choose to exchange for another shirt, such as a different size or color. If the new item has a higher price, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

Mozeape guarantees that no restocking fees will ever be charged. All return and refund processes are handled transparently and are designed to prioritize customer convenience and satisfaction.
