At Mozeape, we aim to provide you with secure and convenient payment options to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Below is a detailed overview of accepted payment methods, timing of charges, fraud prevention measures, and our commitment to payment security.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

A. Credit / Debit Cards

We accept major credit and debit cards, including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

How it works:
At checkout, select “Credit/Debit Card” and enter your card information on our secure payment page. Your payment will be processed instantly, and you will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.

Security:
We do not store any card details on our servers. All card transactions are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant gateway such as Stripe.

B. PayPal

We also accept PayPal for faster checkout and added buyer protection.

How it works:
Choose “PayPal” at checkout, and you’ll be redirected to the PayPal site to log in and complete your payment. Once completed, you’ll return to our site for order confirmation.

2. Payment Authorization & Timing

• Your card or PayPal account will be charged at the time of order placement.

• If an item becomes unavailable after payment is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraud, Mozeape reserves the right to:

• Place a temporary hold on or cancel any order if billing and shipping information do not match.

• Request additional verification (such as government-issued ID or billing address confirmation).

• Refuse transactions that appear suspicious or unauthorized.

4. Transaction Currency

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

For international customers: If your card uses a different currency, your bank or card issuer will convert the amount at the applicable exchange rate. Additional fees may apply depending on your provider.

5. Sales Tax

Currently, we do not collect sales tax. If in the future sales tax collection becomes applicable under state or federal law, this policy will be updated and any tax charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

6. Unsupported Payment Methods

At this time, we do not accept:

• Bank transfers

• Checks

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cryptocurrency

Please ensure you use one of our accepted payment methods to avoid delays in order processing.

7. Refunds & Failed Payments

• If your payment is declined (e.g., card error, insufficient funds), you will need to retry with another accepted payment method. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

8. Recurring Payments / Subscriptions

If you purchase any subscription-based products or services:

• Payments will be automatically renewed at the interval specified during checkout.

• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing cycle by contacting our support team.
